  • Bear left at the I-695 split towards Towson
  • Take Exit 31C (RT 43/White Marsh Blvd)
  • Follow White Marsh Blvd (Rt. 43) 4.5 miles to ramp for US. RT 40
  • Turn right onto ramp. Stay in right lane and turn right onto US 40 East towards Aberdeen and Edgewood.
  • Stay on US RT 40 4.2 miles (past Allender and Days Cove Roads) to Bekins/Eastern Moving & Storage (on left)
  • Turn left into parking lot. The gym is the first building in the lot (facing you as you enter the lot).
  • Please park to the right of the building.

From Harford County:
  • Interstate 95 South to exit 74 (Joppatowne/Magnolia)
  • Turn left at ramp onto RT 152/Mountain Road
  • Follow RT 152/Mountain Road 1 mile to US RT 40.
  • Turn right on US RT 40
  • Follow US RT 40 2.5 miles to Bekins/Eastern Moving & Storage (on right)
  • Turn right into parking lot. The gym is the first building in the lot (facing you as you enter the lot).
  • Please park to the right of the building.

From DC, Columbia, and Western Baltimore County
  • Interstate 95 North to Exit 67A (White Marsh Blvd/US RT 43)
  • Follow White Marsh Blvd (Rt. 43) 0.8 miles to ramp for US. RT 40
  • Turn right onto ramp. Stay in right lane and turn right onto US 40 East towards Aberdeen and Edgewood.
